Chicken on Rice

1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 1/2 c. quick rice (Minute Rice, etc)
1 4oz can mushrooms
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can milk (1 1/3 cups)
1 tsp. salt
Poultry seasoning

1. In a 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish, combine rice, mushrooms, soup, and milk. Mix evenly.

2. Arrange chicken on top of rice. Sprinkle with salt, paprika, and poultry seasoning.

3. Cover dish with wax paper and microwave on HIGH for 28-30 minutes.
