Tuna Noodle Salad

1 box shell pasta
1 6oz can chunk tuna
2 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise or equivalent dressing
1 tbsp. relish
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed
1 tomato, diced, if desired

1. Boil noodles as directed on packaging. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2. Empty noodles into a large mixing bowl. Stir in tuna and mayonnaise.

3. Stir in mustard and relish, then add remaining spices and mix thoroughly.

4. Slice and quarter one medium tomato and mix in, if desired.
